Green Radiance - Smoothie
This smoothie is filled with antioxidants, which are key players in helping to prevent and repair damage to skin tissue; pineapple has an abundance of Vitamin C, one of the most powerful antioxidants available. The spinach will provide more Vitamin C, K and A, iron and fiber while the avocado provides delicious creaminess and a punch of vitamin E, A and zinc.
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup Unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 avocado
- Toss all the ingredients in the blender, and blitz until smooth
- Pour and enjoy!
Apple Cider Booster
Apple Cider Vinegar not only reduces blood sugar levels, lowers cholesterol and improves digestion, but it is also packed with antioxidants, helps treat acne and has anti-aging properties.
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 8 oz. filtered water
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp agave nectar
Add all ingredients into your glass of choice, stir and enjoy!
